About the Quality Improvement (QI) Subcommittee

The NJC Quality Improvement Subcommittee applies QI methods to reduce disparities in neonatal care. Members share equity-focused QI projects, develop and refine measures that make inequities visible, and support one another in designing, implementing, and sustaining improvement work in their own units and health systems.
