The Neonatal Justice Collaborative (NJC) is a national community of neonatologists, nurses, therapists, researchers, trainees, and family partners working to advance health equity, antiracism, and social justice in neonatal care. Through our Research, Policy/Advocacy, and Quality Improvement subcommittees, we connect members across institutions to study the disparities that affect newborns and their families, advocate for better policies, and improve care in our own NICUs.
Membership is free and open to anyone who shares our mission. Join our listserv to hear about upcoming meetings, events, and opportunities to get involved.
